Here's a work in progress of one of my personal projects. His name is Houdon. He is a Technocracy monk from planet Tessera.

A little more architecture..

...and, last but not least, Ron Jeremy's Skyscraper of Solitude. Don't ask me why. It had to be done.

Architecture Studies

Here are some architecture thumbnails I've been working on recently.

Sin City studies

Here are Sin City stills. Two quick ones and one long Bruce Willis portrait. His face is way harder to paint than I thought it would.

Moon Still Study

Movie Still Studies.

Couple months ago, I started a Facebook group called StillPainted. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/StillPainted/)
Every week we vote for a movie and paint stills from it. The idea is simple. The process is fun and rewarding.
I was able to significantly improve my painting abilities since the start of this painting routine. Social aspect motivates and adds challenge to it. I will publish a longer post reflecting on my progress later on. For now, here are some of more successful studies.
